Alexandra graduated in Foreign Trade from the University of Economics in Bratislava and in International Relations from Corvinus University Budapest. She gained experience managing international projects both in Slovakia and in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she was responsible for managing B2B conferences. She also worked in a multinational corporation, leading teams in customer communication and HR, and has been actively involved in project management within the non-profit sector. At Maxman, she focuses on key account management and acquisitions; her true passion is program curation and speaker selection for THELeaders conference.

After graduating with a degree in Psychology in Trnava, Jarka launched her career in HR. She possesses managerial experience from the retail and FMCG sectors, as well as from a technology company where, in addition to human resources, she spearheaded Change Management for company-wide projects. She is dedicated to the development of managers and HR professionals. Her greatest passion is working with managers to implement coaching and participatory leadership approaches.

Kristína joined Maxman Consultants through her involvement in the non-profit educational project Maxman University, where she served as a volunteer starting in October 2013. In February 2014, she began working at Maxman part-time, moving into a full-time role a year later. Today, she is in charge of marketing and collaborates on organising THELeaders conference and the HRTalent and HRLeader awards. Thanks to her passion for artistic creation, she is also responsible for the graphic design of all brand visuals.

Lukáš has managerial experience from Telco and IT sectors. Since 2009, he has led numerous projects for both local and multinational companies across Europe and Asia at Maxman. He graduated in Psychology from the Faculty of Arts at Comenius University, pursued postgraduate studies at UC Sydney in Australia, and earned his PhD from the Faculty of Management at Comenius University. He specialises in executive development, with a particular passion for building self-managed teams and helping companies create environments characterised by high independence, agility, and autonomy.

Martina is a mathematician with a passion for communication and complex problem-solving. Since joining Maxman in 2021, she has been leading talent and leadership development. She studied Mathematics and Business at the University of Edinburgh and later specialised in Cryptography at the University of Warwick. Her core areas of expertise include presentation skills, data communication, assertiveness, and setting boundaries. She has extensive experience in creating and leading educational programs for diverse audiences—ranging from public research communication and training for researchers to onboarding HR teams and teaching in schools. She also worked as an analyst for the international PIAAC research project, where she led a team of 40. She further enhanced her consulting profile with a certification in solution-oriented coaching.

Michal is a lifelong athlete. He graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports in Bratislava and studied Psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Comenius University. During his studies, he worked as a downhill skiing coach. He spent seven years in the field of education, recruitment, and management development within an international company. Since 2011, he has also practiced as a sports psychologist and psychotherapist. A member of our team since May 2017, he works as a consultant focusing on managerial skills, stress management, boosting motivation and mental resilience, recruitment, diagnostic methods, and coaching, in which he holds international certification.

Orši is an economist by training and spent many years in the finance sector, specifically in corporate auditing, tax consultancy, and financial management for an international company. However, she has always been most interested in people and what it takes for them to feel good in the workplace. Since 2014, she has been a trainer at Maxman Consultants, specialising primarily in managerial skills development and building healthy corporate cultures. She conducts training in three languages: Slovak, Hungarian, and English.

Previously, he worked for one of the largest recruitment agencies in Central Europe. He graduated in Marketing Communication from the Faculty of Mass Media Communication in Trnava. At Maxman, he helps clients design effective development programs for employees, talents, and managers.

Peter is a fundamental cornerstone of Maxman Consultants, a company he co-founded in 1994 and where he continues to serve as a Partner. A psychology graduate, he gained his management education through study programs in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. He specialises in individual and team leadership coaching, as well as change management, utilising neuroscience and AI. In his coaching and consulting work, he draws on the principles of organisational Transactional Analysis. Peter’s most popular training program is Storytelling for Leaders.

Peter led a marketing team for an IT startup in Pune, India, and a sales team in Cambridge, UK, where he lived for eight years. While in Britain, he became a certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication and Focusing. He is a graduate of the University of Economics. Peter has been leading workshops since 2010 and joined Maxman Consultants in 2014. He specialises in executive development and finds the most fulfilment in helping companies build a culture of self-management and foster innovation.

Snežana serves as a Senior Consultant. Before joining Maxman Consultants in 2011, she built a successful career in multinational corporations within the IT, finance, and telecommunications sectors. Snežana shares the experience gained from her managerial roles with our clients through projects focused on leadership development, organisational development, talent management, and managerial skills. Currently, her primary passion lies in communication, client care, and the collaborative design of tailored development programs.

Tomáš possesses extensive experience in corporate management, sales, marketing, business development, and crisis management. He honed his leadership and managerial skills across numerous local and multinational corporations. Since childhood, he has lived a global and multicultural life—growing up in Asia, studying at a university in the USA, and travelling and working across various parts of the world. In his youth, he was a high-level competitive tennis player and later spent several years as a coach in world-class tennis, notably as the captain of the Slovak National Fed Cup team and a coach on the WTA Tour. Currently, he focuses on developing leaders and managers, with an emphasis on performance, cohesion, motivation, and resilience of both teams and individuals, as well as change and crisis management.

As our Office Manager, Veronika ensures the smooth operation of all development activities for both our trainers and participants. She manages our finances and invoicing, coordinates the organisation of our open courses, and enjoys helping with the execution of company-wide events. She studied Therapeutic Pedagogy at the Faculty of Education and subsequently worked at a school for intellectually gifted children, where she built a strong foundation in individualised approaches and respectful communication. She also collaborates on the production of our podcast, video invitations, and other social media content, a creative process she truly enjoys.

Veronika previously worked in manufacturing companies where, as a Sales Manager, she leveraged her proficiency in English and German to launch and sustain business with international partners.
