An individual development program built on simulations of real managerial situations
An individual development programme based on simulations of real (difficult) management situations. During the simulator, the manager-participant works with a real team of people who are specially trained to create the required situations and reactions. During the training, the manager is given feedback on his/her management techniques, repeatedly practises identified key skills, develops the ability to respond correctly in critical situations,
