Participants will learn how to work with goals, set clear measurable results, and systematically support people through feedback and delegation. The training will also focus on identifying demotivators, i.e. specific behaviours that hinder team performance, and setting steps to eliminate them. Managers will gain practical tips on how to effectively use modern approaches, including Management 3.0 tools, to lead their team to sustainable results.

It is important for us that participants develop real practical skills; therefore, we maintain a ratio of 80/20 between practical experimentation and theoretical input during the training.
