Let’s be honest: none of us knows what skills we will need in three years, a year, or even a few months. The only certainty is that we will need to learn new things and acquire new skills. How can we acquire new competencies more quickly? How can you organise information, notes and records so that they make sense to you? How can you encourage creativity and the emergence of new ideas? How can you use AI for self-development (and the development of others)? How can we remember what we want to remember? In this workshop, participants will learn practical tools and techniques that will help them work with their mental capacity effectively and with ease.

It is important for us that participants develop real practical skills; therefore, we maintain a ratio of 80/20 between practical experimentation and theoretical input during the training.
Participants have the opportunity to immediately try out and experience the techniques demonstrated and explained by the trainer, and, based on targeted feedback, adjust and gradually improve their performance.
