In short
Lukáš has managerial experience from Telco and IT sectors. Since 2009, he has led numerous projects for both local and multinational companies across Europe and Asia at Maxman. He graduated in Psychology from the Faculty of Arts at Comenius University, pursued postgraduate studies at UC Sydney in Australia, and earned his PhD from the Faculty of Management at Comenius University. He specialises in executive development, with a particular passion for building self-managed teams and helping companies create environments characterised by high independence, agility, and autonomy.
Interests
Alongside his work at Maxman, Lukáš is passionate about education. He is dedicated to developing students across several departments at Comenius University and is involved in educational projects for teachers.
