In short
After graduating with a degree in Psychology in Trnava, Jarka launched her career in HR. She possesses managerial experience from the retail and FMCG sectors, as well as from a technology company where, in addition to human resources, she spearheaded Change Management for company-wide projects. She is dedicated to the development of managers and HR professionals. Her greatest passion is working with managers to implement coaching and participatory leadership approaches.
Interests
Jarka has been involved in competitive swimming since childhood and has remained loyal to sports ever since. She also encourages her children to be active, and they fill most of her free time.
