This training focuses on the key steps necessary for effective business case management. Participants will acquire tools to properly evaluate and prioritise opportunities, analyse client potential and prepare before the first contact. The programme will guide them through the creation of an “opportunity road map” and show them how to approach sales strategically – with the aim of maximising results while making optimal use of time and effort.
