Learning built on experience, reflection, and practice
During the training, we will solve the eternal dilemma of choosing the right management style, when to manage in a directive manner and when to manage in a participatory manner. You will understand the advantages and disadvantages of each style and their impact on motivation, performance and people development. The topic is particularly relevant in view of the arrival of the new Generation Z on the labour market. The goal is to manage your own and multigenerational teams effectively so that both the organisation and employees are satisfied and the leader does not have an unmanageable burden on their shoulders and does not head towards burnout. During the training, you will have the opportunity to understand and practise the skills necessary for each management style.
