This training focuses on developing participants’ ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in an international environment. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how cultural differences affect communication, leadership and trust building, and learn how to prevent misunderstandings that arise as a result of different cultural standards. The programme is based on practical examples and discussions so that participants can immediately apply their knowledge in real life. The emphasis is on adaptability, openness and the ability to adjust one’s communication style to be effective in different cultural contexts.

It is important for us that participants develop real practical skills; therefore, we maintain a ratio of 70/30 between practical experimentation and theoretical input during the training.
Participants have the opportunity to immediately try out and experience the techniques demonstrated and explained by the trainer, and, based on targeted feedback, adjust and gradually improve their performance.
