Facing change
Intro
Experience, practice, and reflection as the foundation of development
This training is based on the KAI (Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory) diagnostic tool and provides participants with a clear view of how their personality style influences their perception and management of change. Participants will receive specific recommendations on how to work effectively with differences in teams and how to use these differences to achieve better results. Diversity becomes a practical tool here – not a complication, but a source of synergy and higher performance.

Gain practical recommendations for working, communicating and managing different types of people in a team
Better understand colleagues, superiors, internal and external partners based on their personality differences
Leverage the strengths of diversity to achieve results and greater team effectiveness
Use diversity in the team to achieve results and increase efficiency
Training methodology
Interactive, experiential, and practical
- short theoretical inputs
- practice of new techniques
- simulations
- facilitated discussions
- role plays
It is important for us that participants develop real practical skills; therefore, we maintain a ratio of 70/30 between practical experimentation and theoretical input during the training.
Participants have the opportunity to immediately try out and experience the techniques demonstrated and explained by the trainer, and, based on targeted feedback, adjust and gradually improve their performance.
