Power Intelligence for Leaders – fall (SK)
Intro
Learning through experience, reflection, and practice
Did you know that when you hold a managerial position, your team members perceive everything you do or say much more strongly than if the same thing were done by a colleague? Power distorts the perception of those it influences, but it also distorts the perception of the person who holds it. This training will help you gain a realistic understanding of your own power and use it consciously and effectively, even in challenging moments and under pressure. We recommend it to managers who care about building a healthy corporate culture and high team engagement, and therefore want to avoid misusing their power.
Key topics
By completing the training, participants will:
Understand the mechanisms of power and its influence on behaviour within a team
Use power consciously and ethically in leadership and decision-making
Recognize the perceptual biases that come with power
Handle challenging situations and pressure without resorting to power plays
Strengthen trust, engagement, and a healthy corporate culture through responsible leadership

It is important to us that participants develop real, practical skills. That is why we maintain an 80/20 balance between practical experimentation and theoretical input in our training sessions.
