Intro
Training that changes habits and mindset
We will focus on refining your boundaries in concrete situations: defining what is okay, what you are willing to tolerate, and where you need a clear “no”. Using boundary mapping and an energy audit, you will uncover the specific areas where your limits tend to break down under social pressure or because of ingrained habits.
A core theme of this training is connecting boundaries to your values. This is the key to maintaining them without guilt. When your “no” is anchored in who you are, it becomes a natural act of self-respect rather than an act of aggression.
A significant part of the day is dedicated to clear communication and reactions: knowing what to do when others push back or test your limits. You will practice the technique of Compassionate Assertiveness—learning how to stand your ground with a kind tone, a collaborative approach, and a firm stance. We will also train you to manage your own internal tension and what to do in situations where you weren’t able to hold the line.
You will walk away with concrete tools to map, healthily set, and successfully maintain your boundaries.

Internal Boundaries: Boundaries as the rules you set for yourself

It is important for us that participants develop real practical skills; therefore, we maintain a ratio of 70/30 between practical experimentation and theoretical input during the training.
Participants have the opportunity to immediately try out and experience the techniques demonstrated and explained by the trainer, and, based on targeted feedback, adjust and gradually improve their performance.
