Intro
DEVELOPING KEY MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Development of all key management skills in an effective form, taking into account the time constraints of participants.
The Maxman Management Academy programme was designed by Maxman Consultants in collaboration with the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, Comenius University. The most effective management development with the highest added value and flexible time investment on the part of participants.

Interactive, Experiential and Practical
Introductory video tutorial: How to learn and make the most of MMA
Six online interactive workshops – held regularly every other week. We have found that short, 2.5-hour interactive workshops held at regular intervals are highly effective for development. Each workshop provides participants with practical techniques and tools to apply in their everyday practice.
Videos and Development Inspiration – throughout the Academy, participants receive recommendations for books, podcasts, and videos related to the topics covered between individual modules.
Implementation Between Modules – fast implementation is key to turning know-how and skills into practice. That is why the periods between modules are used for practical assignments that participants complete directly in their everyday work.
Final Afterparty – quizzes, challenges, reflection on key takeaways from all six modules, evaluation, and feedback.

It is important to us that participants develop real, practical skills. That is why our training maintains an 80/20 balance between practical experimentation and theoretical input.
Participants have the opportunity to immediately try out and experience the techniques explained and demonstrated by the trainer. Through targeted feedback, they can adjust their approach and gradually improve their performance.
The training content is well selected. The practical guidance on how to approach the assignments was particularly helpful. Some of the most valuable parts were the new information, theories, and techniques.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
The program consists of six 2.5-hour online workshops.
You can decide how much additional time you want to invest in your personal development based on your own schedule and availability.
You will have access to an online development zone with educational videos, psychological assessments, and recommendations for further self-development.
Between the individual modules, participants receive short micro-assignments that can be completed with minimal time investment, while those who wish to go deeper can spend more time on them.
Everyone can therefore tailor the amount of time they dedicate to their development according to their own schedule. The minimum time commitment is 6 × 2.5 hours; there is no upper limit.
For the best interaction, we recommend attending the online workshops on a computer or laptop (a phone is not recommended).
A good webcam, microphone, stable internet connection, and a quiet environment will help you stay focused and get the most out of the program.
Because each group develops a unique atmosphere and level of trust, it is not possible to switch between groups and attend individual workshops in a different semester with another group.
However, any missed module can be completed through the online video zone and self-study.
