Effective time management is the basis of every employee’s (manager or team member) performance. This training focuses on increasing personal efficiency through better planning, prioritising tasks and eliminating “time wasters”. Participants will acquire specific tools and techniques to help them better organise their work and build good habits. An important part of the training is also working with participants’ mental attitudes and gaining their enthusiasm for increasing personal effectiveness.

It is important for us that participants develop real practical skills; therefore, we maintain a ratio of 70/30 between practical experimentation and theoretical input during the training.
Participants have the opportunity to immediately try out and experience the techniques demonstrated and explained by the trainer, and, based on targeted feedback, adjust and gradually improve their performance.
