In short
Vlado graduated in Business Management from the University of Economics in Bratislava. He launched his career at Tatra banka, where he progressed from sales to branch management and private banking. Even during this period, he was already active as a lecturer and trainer. He later focused on transforming the performance of sales teams, spending over seven years helping managers develop their skills and achieve exceptional results. Currently, at Maxman Consultants, he specialises in managerial development, sales skills, and negotiation. His favourite topics also include talent acquisition and motivation.
Interests
Vlado is an athlete through and through. In his youth, he practised artistic gymnastics; today, you can most often find him on the football pitch, on a bike, in the pool, on skis, or diving. In his free time, he and his wife are fully dedicated to their two children.
