Vlado graduated in business management from the University of Economics in Bratislava. He started his career as a banker at Tatra banka, where he later also worked in sales, branch management and with private clients. During this period he also worked as a lecturer and trainer. The following career opportunities led him to projects aimed at transforming the performance of sales teams, where he participated in the training and coaching of managers for more than 6 years in order to achieve top results. At Maxman Consultants, he specializes in sales skills and negotiation, with his favorite topics including employee selection and building highly efficient sales teams. Vlado has always been an active athlete, in his childhood he devoted himself to gymnastics. In his spare time, he enjoys playing football, cycling, swimming or skiing. He and his wife are fully devoted to their two children.
