Snežana is one of our Senior Consultans and her arrival in Maxman Consultants in 2011 was preceded by a career in multinational corporations operating in IT, finance and telecommunications. Her specializations are HR consulting, assessment and development centers, and development program design. She brings her managerial experience to our clients in projects focused on leadership development, organizational development, talent management, and managerial skills. She finds her peace in nature or books of magical realism. Snežana is a happily married mother of two daughters and her love for flowers is behind the flourishing jungle in our premises.
