Tomáš Malik

Tomáš has lead a global and multicultural life since his early childhood. He spent much of it in Asia, and after completing his studies in financial management and international relations in the United States, he traveled extensively and worked in various parts of the world and eventually returned to Slovakia. He also dedicated his youth to being a top athlete in tennis and later transitioned into world-class coaching/training – for example, he was the captain of the Slovak national Fed Cup team and then a coach on the WTA circuit. He later utilised his managerial skills in business as a top manager – he has many years of experience in corporate management, business, marketing, business development and crisis management. He gained experience in local companies as well as in multinational corporations throughout several sectors – HR consulting and executive search, automotive (import/sales), facility management, air transport, rescue and medical services. In addition to corporate consulting, he also uses and passes on his experience in corporate education with an emphasis on the development of leaders and management (performance, resilience and motivation of individuals and teams), change management and crisis situations, coaching and consulting. When he's not spending time with his family or friends, he enjoys playing sports, traveling, reading a book or in nature.
