Jarka strengthened our ranks in October 2018 after a long career in HR. As a trained psychologist interested in developing and motivating people, she supervises management skills, personal development training, and coaching. She passes on her eight years of experience in management to our clients in the form of projects aimed at developing managerial skills, human resources management consultations and staff selection. In addition, she holds a number of certificates, for example in the fields of human management, motivation, and coaching. Jarka has devoted herself to sport swimming since her childhood and she has remained faithful to sports to this day. She relaxes actively, for example in hot yoga, which is practiced at a temperature of 40 ° C. In her free time, she devotes herself to his two sons and to a private business with a focus on a healthy lifestyle.
