Snežana serves as a Senior Consultant. Before joining Maxman Consultants in 2011, she built a successful career in multinational corporations within the IT, finance, and telecommunications sectors. She specializes in HR consulting, advisory services, and leadership development. Snežana shares the experience gained from her managerial roles with our clients through projects focused on leadership development, organisational development, talent management, and managerial skills. Currently, her primary passion lies in communication, client care, and the collaborative design of tailored development programs.
Interests
She finds relaxation in nature, dancing, or reading. Thanks to her love for flowers and greenery, we get to enjoy a thriving "indoor jungle" in our office spaces.
