In short
Peter is a fundamental cornerstone of Maxman Consultants, a company he co-founded in 1994 and where he continues to serve as a Partner. A psychology graduate, he gained his management education through study programs in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. He specialises in individual and team leadership coaching, as well as change management, utilising neuroscience and AI. In his coaching and consulting work, he draws on the principles of organisational Transactional Analysis. Peter’s most popular training program is Storytelling for Leaders.
Interests
Peter is deeply convinced that, given his experience and stage of life, his primary role is to give back. He supports students, non-profits, and civil associations dedicated to the educational development of pupils and students. He is an avid collector of musical gems and enjoys discovering historical sites across Europe.
