In short
Katka has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career. She spent several years teaching at primary schools before changing direction after maternity leave to focus on communication, writing, and marketing. Her experience spans education, the private sector, local government, the non-profit sector, and freelance work.
She joined Maxman on a part-time basis in September 2025, where she is responsible for communication and marketing. She supports our trainers in building their personal brands and, because writing is her greatest passion, she also creates podcast descriptions and writes articles for our website and LinkedIn.
Interests
Katka is a feminist and a proud LGBTQ+ ally. In addition to her work at Maxman, she is also a coach and an author. She writes fairy tales, riddles, and educational worksheets for children's books and magazines. In her free time, she enjoys reading, solving jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends.
