This programme is based on J. P. Kotter’s 8-step change management model. Participants will go through the individual phases of change implementation – from creating urgency to embedding new practices in the organisation’s culture. At each step, they will acquire specific tools and techniques that will enable them to manage the phase effectively and with clear results.

It is important for us that participants develop real practical skills; therefore, we maintain a ratio of 70/30 between practical experimentation and theoretical input during the training.
Participants have the opportunity to immediately try out and experience the techniques demonstrated and explained by the trainer, and, based on targeted feedback, adjust and gradually improve their performance.
