This interactive training focuses on developing the key skills needed to work effectively with groups. Participants will learn how to set up the structure of a meeting correctly, how to use tools and techniques to support group dynamics, and how to manage challenging situations or resistance from participants. The programme will provide practical tips to help increase the effectiveness of group discussions, prevent unnecessary inefficiencies and strengthen the facilitator’s ability to achieve set goals.

It is important for us that participants develop real practical skills; therefore, we maintain a ratio of 70/30 between practical experimentation and theoretical input during the training.
Participants have the opportunity to immediately try out and experience the techniques demonstrated and explained by the trainer, and, based on targeted feedback, adjust and gradually improve their performance.
