This training will give participants the opportunity to discover their personal approach to creativity and understand how to use it effectively in practice. They will acquire techniques and tools that will enable them to generate new ideas, think outside the box and critically evaluate proposals. They will learn how to foster creativity in their team and how to facilitate the process so that it leads to realistic solutions. The training focuses on practical procedures that participants can immediately apply in their daily work.

It is important for us that participants develop real practical skills; therefore, we maintain a ratio of 70/30 between practical experimentation and theoretical input during the training.
Participants have the opportunity to immediately try out and experience the techniques demonstrated and explained by the trainer, and, based on targeted feedback, adjust and gradually improve their performance.
