During the training, we will focus on the main management principles, the role of a manager, and the pitfalls of management work. Participants will learn simple typological principles that will serve as a basis for communication in management. By respecting and adapting communication to individual personality types within the team, it is possible to increase efficiency and the ability to cooperate. Participants will understand the principles of effective managerial communication and realise the importance of active listening and asking the right questions as a way to prevent misunderstandings.
