FLIGBY® Gaming Day Challenge – Leadership Training (SK)
Intro
Management in practice isn’t about theory. Most managerial decisions are made with incomplete information, under time pressure, and with people who have conflicting interests. How do you react when an experienced team member publicly challenges your decision? Who do you support when your team members get into a conflict? You’ll find out in the simulation — every choice you make will come back to impact you a few scenes later.
FLIGBY® (FLOW is Good Business)
is a globally recognized gamified management simulation based on the concept of Flow by positive psychology pioneer Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Over the course of one intensive day, you will step into the shoes of the General Manager of the Californian winery Turul Silver and experience firsthand the impact of your decisions on team morale, performance, and business results. You will play through 23 scenes and make 150 key decisions.
How Does the Gaming Day Challenge Work?
Instead of traditional training, you can look forward to an interactive blended-learning experience that combines individual simulation gameplay with guided group discussions and reflections.
Limited capacity
Maximum 12 participants in one room (everyone works on their own laptop with headphones, as the game is audiovisual and story-driven).
Alternating gameplay and discussion
You will play 3–4 key scenes (game levels) and then debrief the decisions and dilemmas with the facilitator — without spoiling what lies ahead in the game.
Learning from peers
In real time, you will see how different managerial approaches yield different outcomes and learn directly from the decisions of other participants.
Closing strategy session
At the end of the day, we will focus on how to complete the game at home — covering replay strategies, how to handle complex in-game conflicts, and how to get the maximum value out of your 1-year license.

How to identify the strengths and motivators of individual team members and assign them roles where they naturally achieve a state of Flow.

- Gateway to long-term development: The one-day Challenge serves as your launchpad. You will receive a full 1-year license to replay the simulation at your own pace (self-paced) and test different strategies. Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive personal report detailing your leadership strengths and areas for growth.
