Management in practice isn’t about theory. Most managerial decisions are made with incomplete information, under time pressure, and with people who have conflicting interests. How do you react when an experienced team member publicly challenges your decision? Who do you support when your team members get into a conflict? is a globally recognized gamified management simulation based on the concept of Flow by positive psychology pioneer Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Over the course of one intensive day, you will step into the shoes of the General Manager of the Californian winery Turul Silver and experience firsthand the impact of your decisions on team morale, performance, and business results. You will play through 23 scenes and make 150 key decisions.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Limited capacity<\/h4>

Maximum 12 participants in one room (everyone works on their own laptop with headphones, as the game is audiovisual and story-driven).<\/p> <\/div>\n \n

Alternating gameplay and discussion<\/h4>

You will play 3\u20134 key scenes (game levels) and then debrief the decisions and dilemmas with the facilitator \u2014 without spoiling what lies ahead in the game.<\/p> <\/div>\n \n

Learning from peers<\/h4>

In real time, you will see how different managerial approaches yield different outcomes and learn directly from the decisions of other participants.<\/p> <\/div>\n \n

Closing strategy session<\/h4>
